Amaisé Clinic – Terms & Conditions

1. The Agreement

​

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the provision of treatments, training, goods and services by Face To Face Aesthetics LTD trading as Amaisé Clinic (“we”, “us”, “the service provider”) to you (“the client”).

 

1.2 This Agreement becomes legally binding once you:

 

  • sign a consent or booking form;

  • make a payment (including a booking fee); or

  • attend or use any of our services.

 

 

1.3 These Terms apply to all appointments, treatments, training courses, gift cards, goods and services unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Booking Fees

​

2.1 A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. No appointment is confirmed without receipt of the booking fee.

 

2.2 The booking fee is deducted from the total balance, which is payable on the day of your appointment.

 

2.3 Booking fees represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss, including administration, practitioner time and loss of opportunity to re-book the appointment.

 

2.4 Booking fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

 

2.5 Appointments may be rearranged once only with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

 

2.6 Any cancellation or rearrangement with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee, and the full treatment cost may become payable.

 

2.7 A booking fee of £50 is required to secure appointments (subject to treatment type and cost).

 

3. Client Obligations

 

 

3.1 You must arrive on time for your appointment. Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in loss of the appointment slot, and the full treatment cost may still be payable.

 

3.2 If you are unable to attend, you must follow the cancellation policy in Clause 5.

 

3.3 You must not attend your appointment if you feel unwell or medically unfit. You must notify us as soon as possible.

4. Our Obligations

 

 

4.1 Treatments will be carried out by a suitably trained and qualified practitioner.

 

4.2 We will attend your appointment on time with appropriate equipment and PPE.

 

4.3 If we are unable to proceed with your appointment, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and offer an alternative date or appropriate remedy.

5. Cancellation Policy

​

5.1 Appointments may be rearranged with no less than 48 hours’ notice.

 

5.2 If an appointment has already been rearranged once, the booking fee will not transfer again and a new booking fee will be required.

 

5.3 Where an appointment must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party, no refund of the booking fee will be provided, but an alternative date and/or venue will be offered where possible.

 

5.4 Failure to attend an appointment without the required notice (“no-show”) may result in the remaining balance being charged to your registered payment method.

6. Refund Policy

​

6.1 We do not offer refunds for:

 

  • booking fees or deposits;

  • completed treatments;

  • dissatisfaction with results where treatment has been performed correctly and in line with industry standards.

 

 

6.2 Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable consumer law or where we are unable to provide the service and no suitable alternative can be arranged.

 

6.3 Any concerns regarding services provided must be raised with us promptly so that we may assess and, where appropriate, seek to remedy the issue.

7. Gift Cards

 

7.1 Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

 

7.2 Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

7.3 Expired gift cards hold no monetary value.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

 

8.1 We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

 

8.2 Your data is stored securely and used only for administrative, legal and clinical purposes.

 

8.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data where applicable.

​

9. Governing Law

​

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

9.2 By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

​

10. Complications & Corrections

​

10.1 Please allow up to 4 weeks for full healing following treatment.

 

10.2 You must notify us of any complications within 8 weeks of treatment.

 

10.3 After 8 weeks, any corrective work will be chargeable.

 

10.4 Anti-wrinkle injection review appointments must take place within 2–3 weeks of treatment. Appointments outside this window may be cancelled or charged at full treatment price.

11. Failure to Attend

 

11.1 Failure to attend without the required notice authorises us to charge the remaining balance using your registered payment method.

Training Academy – Terms & Conditions

​

1. Nature of Training

​

1.1 All training provided by Amaisé Clinic is educational only.

1.2 Training does not constitute a qualification, licence, certification, insurance approval, or guarantee of competence or success.

1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure you:

 

  • hold appropriate insurance;

  • meet professional and regulatory requirements;

  • practise only within your competence and legal scope.

 

2. Limitation of Liability

​

2.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amaisé Clinic accepts no liability for outcomes arising from treatments you perform after training.

 

2.2 This includes (without limitation):

 

  • adverse reactions or complications;

  • unsatisfactory results;

  • client complaints or claims;

  • regulatory or insurance consequences;

  • financial or reputational loss.

 

 

2.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

3. Responsibility After Training

 

3.1 All treatments performed following training are undertaken entirely at your own professional discretion and risk.

 

3.2 Skill acquisition varies between individuals and requires continued practice, supervision and professional judgment.
