
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Agreement
1.1 This is the terms and conditions for the Provision of Treatments and sale of goods and services (“Agreement”) by and between you (the “client”), (the “service provider”).
1.2 This Agreement is effective upon the clients’ signature or payment for or usage of the service providers goods and services, each of which constitutes an agreement to these terms.
1.3 This agreement applies to all goods and services offered by the service provider and provided to the client.
2. Booking Fees
2.1 The booking fee comes of the remaining balance that is to be paid on the day of your appointment. All booking fees are non-refundable and appointments can only be rearranged when given 48 hours notice. Anything after this you will be charged the full price of your treatment. No appointment is secure without a paid booking fee.
2.2 The relevant booking fees are as such: To secure an appointment a booking fee of £20-£50 is required dependant of the cost of treatment and £500-£1000 for courses.
2.3 You can only rearrange your appointment once with the booking fee still being valid. If you rearrange after the reschedule of your initial appointment a new booking fee will be required.
3. Your Obligations
3.1 The client agrees to arrive at their appointment at the designated time. The client accepts that arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment means that the appointment slot will be lost, and the full price of treatment will become payable.
3.2 If for any reason the client believes they will be unable to attend, then they must follow the cancellation policy outlined in clause 5 of this document.
3.3 The client agrees not to attend their appointment if they feel unwell and will notify the service provider as soon as possible that they are unable to attend.
4. Our Obligations
4.1 The service provider will ensure your appointment is carried out by a qualified professional.
4.2 The service provider will arrive on time to the client’s scheduled appointment, with the appropriate equipment and PPE.
4.3 The service provider will notify the client at their earliest convenience if for any reason the clients scheduled appointment can no longer take place.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 If the client requires to rearrange their appointment, they can by giving no less than 24 hours notice.
5.2 If the client requires to rearrange an appointment that has been previously rearranged, then the booking fee will not transfer and a new booking fee will become payable.
5.3 In the event that the appointment has to be cancelled due to reasons outside the control of either the client or the service provider, no refunds will be provided. Instead an alternative date and/ or venue will be made available in order to carry out the appointment or training.
5.4 If you do not attend you appointment without giving relevant notice, we will take the payment from your card automatically.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Face To Face Aesthetics LTD or Amaisé Clinic do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
6.2 If for any reason you believe the service provided is not satisfactory, please contact the service provider who will seek to remedy the issue at their own discretion.
7. Gift Cards
7.1 Gift Cards have a one year use-by date, after the date stated on the gift voucher they will no longer be accepted and will not be refunded.
7.2 Gift Cards are not transferable or refundable.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
8.1 Face To Face Aesthetics LTD are committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes.
8.2 You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Please note this document is only binding for a period of 2 years, after which a new form must be submitted by the client. By continuing with this booking, I accept that I have read and agree to the terms set out in this contract.
10. Complications and Corrections
10.1 Please allow 4 weeks for healing post treatment. You have an 8 week window to contact us regarding any complications.
10.2 After 8 weeks if you need any corrections, this will be chargeable.
10.3 Anti- Wrinkle injection to up appointments must be held within a 2-3 week window after the initial appointment, any later we will have to cancel your appointment or alternatively you will have to pay for the full price for any treatment carried out in muscle areas.
11. Failing To Attend
11.1 If you fail to attend your appointment without the appropriate period as mentioned above we will automatically take payment from your registered account.
